Joanna Norris – Research Consultant
Joanna has diverse experience working within the Oil & Gas and Tobacco industries. Her background includes roles within Marketing, Business Development and Administration which have developed her excellent communication skills, project management and decision making abilities. With a strong background working in B2B environments and client focused roles, Joanna holds a proven ability to make a difference with people and organisations and is adept at building and developing business relationships.
Recognised by her peers for her contagious energy and enthusiasm, Joanna has consistently differentiated herself in her previous roles, frequently receiving recognition for her outstanding work.
Joanna joined the team at Strathdee Resourcing Partnership in 2011 focussing on candidate identification and research. As such, she plays a vital role in working with all consultants as part of the attraction team on each Search.
