Sarah Cunningham – Senior Consultant
Sarah Cunningham has spent the last 15 years working in the field of Human Resources, with the majority of her career spent in the education environment. Prior to joining SRP, Sarah was Head of HR for The Cheltenham Ladies’ College, managing a small team, where she was responsible for a broad remit including HR strategy, resourcing, staff development, policy development and compliance.
Sarah was part of the RGU HR team in Aberdeen for 5 years and held various roles including Resourcing Specialist, Project Manager and HR Adviser. During her time in education she has been involved in a number of change management, restructuring and HR/IT projects. The early part of her career was spent in the private sector followed by a regional HR role in the NHS.
Sarah has an honours degree in Commerce, an MSc in HRM and is a Member of the CIPD. Sarah also possesses qualifications in behavioural assessment and project management.
