Lucie Ross – Senior Consultant

As a goal orientated, focused professional, Lucie’s passion is developing people and she has held positions ranging from HR Operations Manager to Subsea Conversion Programmes Leader across a range of organisations.  Lucie’s specialist area is Subsea engineering, manufacturing and innovation and has delivered a number of high level projects including the first Subsea engineering conversion programme in the industry in 2001, working as a Consultant with Robert Gordon University to deliver a Scottish Government funded project for transferable skills development underpinned by mentoring techniques in 2012 and the design and implementation of the first UK military conversion programme for GE Oil & Gas in 2013.  All of these attest to her skills in the identification and development of talent.  She has led two independent Learning and Development teams to win the prestigious Succeeding through People Development category awarded by the Scottish Offshore Achievement Industry Awards in 2006 and 2009 respectively.

International projects have taken Lucie to the France, Middle East, Norway and The Netherlands.

As a Senior Consultant with Strathdee Resourcing Partnership, Lucie focuses on new client projects; bundle assignments and support coaching for fast tracking new hires and integration for new teams to support talent attraction and retention strategies.

Lucie holds an MSc in Human Resource Management, is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and holds a Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring from Oxford Brookes University.  Lucie is a Member of the Association for Coaching (MAC) and is a former Team Lead for the North East of Scotland Branch.

Lucie’s portfolio includes Cultural Change training with Aberdeen University and Cognitive Behavioural Coaching to support talent attraction and development strategies.
